10-year warranty. no asterisk.

THE KLOUD-12 WARRANTY

Ten years.
Bumper to bumper.
No asterisks.

Every device we install is covered for a decade: the hardware, the software, the monitoring, and the people who answer when you call.

What's covered

The whole system.
The whole time.

The whole system. The whole time.

Every device, for ten years.

Speakers, servers, consoles, and displays. If we installed it, we stand behind it.
Your system reports its health to our team around the clock, from day one to year ten.
The system you own in year eight runs current software, not a museum piece.
Phone, email, and remote diagnostics for the entire warranty period, plus in-person training at go-live.
What it costs after the purchase

Nothing. That's the point.

No license fees, ever. No subscriptions, and no annual service contract to renew, renegotiate, or discover you let lapse. The software license is perpetual. One purchase covers the decade.

Why we can promise this

We designed the system we'd want to warranty and support.

A 10-year warranty only works if the system rarely needs it, so we built one that rarely does. Two on-site servers, daily off-site backups, battery backup, and monitoring that catches most problems while they’re still small. When a component doesn’t go the distance anyway, replacing it is our cost of doing business. We priced the promise in so you never have to.
The quiet part

Most warranty and support work happens before you'd have called.

Because we monitor everything we install, the warranty mostly gets used without you. A failing device shows up on our dashboard, we remotely resolve the issue or a replacement ships, and the first the district hears of it is us scheduling the swap. That’s what “forget you own it” looks like in year six.

Warranty questions, answered plainly

Does the warranty cover parts and labor?

Parts, replacements, remote service, monitoring, and updates: covered, all ten years. On-site labor is the one thing you handle, and we made it almost nothing to handle. Replacements arrive pre-provisioned and pre-programmed for your network, and swapping one is unplugging the CAT6 cable and plugging in the new device. No service window, no invoice, no waiting three days for a truck.
Purchased with your intercom system, yes: same ten years, no carveouts. Purchased on their own, you choose a 10-year or 5-year warranty — some districts take the 5-year for the lower price.
They are. Remote monitoring, software updates, and support by phone, email, and remote diagnostics are all part of the warranty, not add-ons.
No. The software license is perpetual, and there are no subscriptions or annual service contracts.
You’ll have had a decade to decide whether we earned the next one. There’s no contract holding you; there never was. When it’s time to refresh, we’ll propose it the same way we did the first time, around your floor plan.
